Brian Aubin | Autism Advocate & Yoga Instructor

Brian is a professional with a passion for yoga, meditation, and wellness who seeks opportunities to bring the healing properties of these practices to all individuals – especially those affected with, or impacted by, autism, special needs, and mental health issues.

He also advocates for adults with autism by speaking to audiences about his personal experience overcoming the isolation and depression resulting from social rejection. Brian launched his own Yoga & Wellness business after finding the practice and the community key to the restoration of self-worth, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. We are so excited to partner with him!
