Please join your maintenance colleagues at the 2020 NERAHMS Spring Trainings. These trainings will take place on Wednesday, April 22, at Westbrook Housing and again on May 6 at Bangor Housing (these are duplicate trainings to accomodate travel planning).

Both trainings are from 10 am to 3 pm, with lunch included for all attendees.

The trainings will be presented by Bangor Housing's Melissa Rhodes with Westbrook Housing's Michelle York. We hope to have local police department participation in the afternoon portion of the training.

If your organization attended the 2019 NERAHMS conference and thus paid 2019 NERAHMS dues, you can register (plus any staff) for these trainings for FREE. If your organization is not a current NERAHMS member, you will be sent an invoice for $100 per attendee.

  • Drugs (Presentation from a Bangor Police Department officer in Bangor training and a Community Policing Officer from Westbrook)

Roles and Responsibilities of Maintenance Technicians and Property Managers

  • 'Team Approach' PM & Maintenance Techs...reporting, documentation and processes, risk factors of not reporting

  • Working together for positive resident outcomes and protecting our assets

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No need to bring a ticket.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? It's fine for another to attend in your place, please just let the organizer know at melissa@maphd.org.
