1st Course: Nantucket Scallop Crudo, forbidden black rice, aji amarillo, shiso
2nd Course: Atlantic Fluke, peekytoe crab crust, tomato butter
3rd Course: Gnocchi, white truffle, ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano
4th Course: “Green Circle Chicken”, roasted rutabaga
Dessert: Tarta di cioccolato, chocolate tart
