Negotiation Workshop: Strategies & Tools for Women in Business

All women, who seek to strengthen their negotiation skills, are invited to attend this half-day intensive.

Negotiations are unavoidable yet most people experience a great deal of anxiety and stress for the majority of their professional careers when put in positions that require them to negotiate. This workshop will support participants in easing that anxiety, developing strategies that work for them, and building expertise in the art of negotiation. With the help of practical exercises and role plays, participants will leave:

• with a good overview of the best strategies coming out of empirical research;
• feeling confident in their approach to negotiations;
• prepared to proactively engage in their next negotiation rounds in order to reach mutually satisfying agreements.

During the workshop different negotiation opportunities, such as salary and benefits negotiations, freelance contracts and co-founder agreements as well as managing conflict will be explored. The workshop is open to women working in any field, no matter if entrepreneur or employed.

The workshop registration fee covers coffee, tea, biscuits and a light lunch.
