Negotiation is at the heart of every joint problem solving discussion from what to put on the family pizza to multi million-dollar business acquisitions. Learn what enables successful negotiations, identify your own negotiation style, how to leverage your strengths, strategies to deal with others in negotiation, how to overcome impasse, BATNAs, WATNAs, ZOPAs, and a process for the conduct of small and large negotiations. Importantly you get time to practice your negotiation skills in a safe environment.
