GMS Presentations and Training is happy to host a FREE training with Code Enforcement Trainer Mitch Hammes.

Convincing people to do what you want them to do, and making them feel like it was their idea isn't a skill…it's an art. This presentation will help you recognize the subtle hints that you're making progress in the discussion and help you to tap in to the words, gestures, and emotions that help to bring about voluntary compliance.

With over two decades of professional code enforcement field and management experience, Mitch's passion lies in developing and implementing strategic code enforcement and neighborhood improvement programs. His work focuses on outcome-based actions that are measurable and support the efforts of community partners and municipalities. Mitch works to develop a culture and operations that prioritize performance and outcomes. Mitch Hammes relocated from Phoenix to Colorado Springs in July 2016 to serve as the Neighborhood Services Manager overseeing housing inspections, code enforcement, neighborhood outreach, and homelessness response. Mitch holds a Masters of Business Administration, has served as Vice-President of Membership with the American Association of Code Enforcement, and is passionate about creating solutions-oriented programs that foster relationships that help improve neighborhoods and communities. More information about Mitch is available at www.ThatCodeEnforcementGuy.com.
