Negotiating, influencing, motivating are words we hear every day – at work, at home, interacting with colleagues, family, friends, and even strangers. Some of us are great at it (or at least we think we are) and others of us struggle with being able to navigate the intricacies of these interactions and motivating others.
You are invited to attend a 2-part workshop on negotiating and influencing, sponsored by the Center for Women and Business. Led by Bentley Professor Priscilla Glidden, this interactive, fast-paced workshop in designed to increase each participants ability to build effective stakeholder management skills.
- Learn to effectively use negotiation processes in formal and informal settings – techniques that result in satisfactory, value-added agreements at work and in life.
- Learn to employ stakeholder management tools to diagnose and deliver messages that influence.
- Develop facilitation skills that can increase leadership and team productivity, innovativeness, and morale at all levels of work and life.
