Sculptural needle felting is a process that uses special barbed needles to interlock wool fibers to create a 3D object. It is an enjoyable craft with a quick learning curve, requires minimal supplies, doesn’t make any mess and can be done almost anywhere. During this 2-day workshop students will learn how to turn unspun wool into their own miniature sculptures. Projects themes vary depending on the student interests and previous experience in needle felting (workshop can run for any level of experience). Instructor: Anastasia Semash
Classes require materials fee, which includes:
- Needles (1 or 2 per student, plus extra). Needles are individual, and students take them home after the workshop.
