This relaxation program is a great way to help with stress management. People love this course because everyone is physically able to do this and people see great results!
The relaxation exercises are not just about peace of mind; they are a process that decreases the damaging effects of stress on your mind and body. They can help you cope with everyday stress and with stress related to various health problems such as cancer, heart related issues, anxiety and pain. You will learn: correct posture, abdominal breathing and breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic relaxation, visualization and mindfulness, how the mind works in relationship to our health and well-being and how to relax during daily life and stress-situations. Course dates: January 05, 12, 19, 26 and February 02 and 09, 2017. (From 7 PM - 8 PM).
The course is limited to 20 students. I work with small groups for this course so I can offer everyone my full attention.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please, wear loose fitting clothing. Bring some water and a notebook.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you registered and paid but because of a serious reason like a medical emergency can't follow the course then you are welcome to follow an other 6-week session. (This offer is valid for one year).
