    A scientific evaluation of herbs, accupuncture, homeopathy, massage, manipulation and chiropractic therapies.

    This session will provide information to physiciansin regards to what to look for in patients, how AFM presents, and who is at risk. Hear case summaries from cases of AFM in Nebraska in the last two years and what the CDC is doing in regards to the situation.

  • Ann Anderson-Berry, M.D. - Pediatric Neonatologist, Children's Hospital & Medical Center, UNMC Associate Professor, Division Chief of Neonatology

    Up-to-date information and recommendations for the late-preterm infant and preterm infants who are discharging to home after a complex NICU stay. We will discuss breastmilk, transitional feedings, micronutrient needs and probiotic use.

In this session, learn about the new technology of vaping and e-cigarettes, their dangers and look for ways to help our teens fight this dragon.
