About this Event

Remembering What You Sometimes Forget

Presenter: Cheryl Krauter, MFT

This 2 hour workshop will explore contemplation and writing as a way to step away for a moment from your loud and busy life and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Acknowledging the backdrop of working virtually during the difficult time of COVID, we will search within ourselves by integrating mindfulness to encourage reflection and use writing exercises to open up avenues of expression that voice our current experiences as therapists.

2 CE units will be offered for completion of this course. You must chose the option to purchase these credits upon registration.
