This NCFlex HBR Training will focus on the administrative side of NCFlex rather than the plan details. The training will offer HBRs knowledge, tools, and an opportunity to collaborate with their fellow reps to help improve administration of the NCFlex benefits to employees.

Focus will be on the following topics:

• Qualifying Life Events
• Leave of Absences and Transfers
• Exceptions
• Flexible Spending Accounts
• Discrimination Testing
• HSA and FSA Coordination

We will have a break for lunch (on your own) and then will end with a review of Benefitfocus functionality and reports for HBRs who have access to the Benefitfocus platform.
