NCDF 2025 Annual Event

Our 25th anniversary is an important milestone that provides NCDF an opportunity to reflect on our achievements and to envision a future brimming with continued growth and impact in Allegheny County. We take great pride in our commitment to offer financing and technical assistance aimed at revitalizing communities that have historically been overlooked in the region. Our focus is on small businesses, affordable housing, neighborhood commercial properties, community facilities, and energy efficiency to foster economic equity and sustainable opportunities.

Throughout the past 25 years, NCDF has invested $46.5 million, created 3,559 jobs, and financed 854 affordable housing units. In just the last five years, we have provided 5,029 hours of technical support to 2,017 small businesses. This anniversary event offers an ideal occasion to celebrate our accomplishments while also building momentum for future projects that will improve the lives of low to moderate-income communities, and small businesses along with community initiatives.
