Description

Newly recognized Worldchefs Certified Master Chef, Fred Raynaud, WCMC, WMCS will conduct a 1-hour demo on “Transglutaminase – Is Meat Glue in your Future?” Chef Raynaud is the Chief Culinary Officer of Pheast Food Group which owns Hen Quarter and a handful of other restaurant concepts within our area. He will present the following:

  1. Meat glue – what, how, why etc
  2. Demonstrate “Pork Belly Salmon”
  3. Finished Sous Vide, Pan seared etc.
  4. Handouts on Transglutaminase (Activa RM, GS, YG)

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of parking around the restaurant. Metro and metro buses are also very accessbile.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No - we will have your name at registration.

Yes, but please alert us that you will be transferring to another individual.
