In recognition of Black History Month, join in Celebrating our Black Heritage. Sunday, February 26th, 2023, at The Paris Hotel & Casino. Show time 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM (Vendors Market open at 12 noon for shopping)
Featuring top Fashion Boutique Owners and original designers of African Garb as well as a taste of the latest trends in Glitz & Glamour. Attendees are asked to come dressed in their finest African attire. Photos will be posted on NCBW Website & Social Media platforms. The best dressed Man & Women will be awarded.
