NCBI is pleased and excited to offer the February 2023 Leadership for Diversity Institute as an online program. We are taking this step in support of social distancing, while simultaneously launching greater accessibility to the award-winning programs of NCBI.

NCBI has been a pioneer in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion work for over thirty years. Our models are based on proven practices and principles. Participating in an NCBI Leadership for Diversity Institute is a profound, transformative experience.

The NCBI skills have contributed to group healing and community building over 3 decades, supporting and developing leaders for challenging times.

Some of the skills covered will include:

Welcoming similarities and differences in all groups

Examining unconscious bias

Interrupting bigoted comments in a thoughtful way

Learning how to be an ally to all groups

Leading meetings that include everyone’s voice

Structuring respectful dialogues on controversial issues

What is covered by the price of registration?

The cost of registration covers three days of online training content led by NCBI's CEO/Founder Cherie Brown and a Senior Training Consultant, Joyce Shabazz.

You can contact NCBI at info@ncbi.org or at (240) 638-2813 Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm EST.

What's the refund policy?

NCBI will refund the full cost of registration up to January 06, 2023. If cancellation occurs, at least two weeks before the start date of the Institute, NCBI will refund half the cost of registration. Any cancellation past that date will not be refunded.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you may update your online registration information until January 20, 2023.
