About this event

The Spring Meeting of the North Carolina Association of Professional Family Mediators will take place on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 virtually using the Zoom Platform. Registrants will receive an email about a week before the meeting with details for joining the Zoom session as well as any training materials.

Brian Trainum will address the 4 main areas that must be address when considering a home asset during a divorce and property distribution.

About Brian Trainum

A 24-year real estate vet, Brian has worked across multiple industry disciplines. With empathy as a core skill and a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist- Divorce designation, he’s cultivated a passion in helping others with enhanced house due diligence as they move through the divorce process. By diving deep into mortgage, title, home insurance, and home condition, he ensures the couple makes a fully informed decision around the disposition of the home asset. Brian works with divorce professionals whose thoroughness and service-mentality make them stand out from the crowd addressing problems now to prevent financial and emotional stress later.
