The research is in! People with higher levels of emotional intelligence are more successful by all measures – results produced, relationships, influence, compensation, you name it. And those with lower levels of EQ often don’t progress as far or may even find their careers go off track. As John Kotter of Harvard Business School says, “it is not a question of strategy that gets managers and leaders into trouble, it is a question of emotions.”
To become a successful leader in today’s corporate world means being able to tune into your own emotions and those of others and skillfully manage your behavior and your relationships for success!
Join us for this interactive workshop with Leadership Development and Executive Coach, Carol Salloway on how you can boost your EQ to propel your career and reach your aspirations!
Unlike IQ, EQ can be developed. Learn how to build your competence in each of the (4) main components of EQ:
This event offers the opportunity to practice these components with excellent tools & strategies and apply them to both your professional and personal life.
- The brain science of emotions that influence behavior
- Hot buttons & how to respond skillfully under pressure
- Ways of thinking that limit options and those that open up choices
- Ways of tuning into others’ experience, even when it is challenging
