The moderator of the panel discussion is Manav Hartono
Manav Hartono is the host and producer of 'On The Go With Manav' - a career podcast focusing on career journeys to understand how professionals in their specialised sectors got to where they are today. He started his podcast at age 22, and as of 24, he has produced 29 episodes so far, covering topics including entrepreneurship, self-doubt, patience, rejection, success, and career highs/lows. Stella Kozmér is a motivated PhD Candidate in Health Research with a specific interest in eating disorders. Her original plan was to attend medical school, but this did not work out. She then secured an NIHR SPCR-funded PhD at the age of 22 and now at 25, she approaches near the end of her programme, supporting the development of national guidelines and collaborating nationally and internationally to tackle eating disorders in primary care. Samah Nair is a Finance Associate at Wells Fargo, based in London. At age 19 and after 34 consecutive rejections, she secured her dream internship at Warner Bros Entertainment as a finance placement intern. Idris Affrin is the Supply Operations Lead at Passionfruit, a freelance marketplace connecting top marketing talent to businesses such as PepsiCo, Mars, and Miro. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the UK as an international student before starting as an intern at Passionfruit at age 24. As the company has scaled, Idris has grown with it—rising to lead the supply function by 27, where he now oversees operations and ensures the best freelancers are matched with global brands.
