Event description
Three interactive sessions will create space for you to explore and practice tools for navigating the now.

About this event

We are living in an unprecedented time of change and uncertainty. While we navigate through the present, taking time to pause and reflect can help us gain clarity so we can move forward with intention and courage.

Each session in this series will give you the opportunity to…

  • gain clarity about yourself and the ways you interact with others and the environment,
  • consider different perspectives and possibilities,
  • generate ideas for moving forward, and
  • hear from and connect with others who are exploring their own “now.”

Our unique sessions are curated and distilled through the lenses of brain science, complexity, and reflective practice. Each interactive experience will include insights from research, opportunities for reflection, conversation, and tools for practice. The conversation will emerge through your participation.

June 25 - Decision Making

We encounter many decision points throughout the day and in our lives. In an age when information, knowledge, and opinions are coming at us faster than ever, understanding some basics about how our brains and nervous systems can help. We gain clarity by broadening our perspective and recognizing our biases and assumptions. Join us as we explore decision making in a rapidly changing environment.

July 23 – Your Brain on Relationships

Have you ever wondered why you react to people the way you do, or why others react the way they do? When you understand aspects of the social brain, you can gain insights into yourself and others. Join us as we explore concepts about navigating relationships.

August 27 – Purpose: What’s your why?

Research shows that feeling connected to a sense of purpose or meaning improves overall well being. This session will give you the opportunity to reflect on what matters to you, your gifts and talents, and what brings you joy. Join us in discovering your personal mission statement.

Cost: FREE!
