Learning Objectives
Sheehan session: After completing this session, attendees will be familiar with implementation of the latest governmental guidance on Board responsibilities. They will also have a Board planning framework to address emerging risks to nonprofit organizations.
Phillips/Lipphardt/Slater session: After this session, attendees will be able to understand the basics of Value Based Payment (VBP) arrangements in a Managed Care environment, along with understanding how VBP arrangements impact an organization’s Compliance Program.
Urban/Folger/DeMonte session: This presentation will educate the audience that even though there are similarities in the functions, there are also differences, and all functions are equally necessary and important. With the functions working collaboratively, agencies in any service sector will be able to assert to external parties that they take their governance responsibilities seriously and have taken all necessary steps to show that they have effective processes in place.

Refund/Cancelation Policy (if applicable): If a program must be canceled, Bonadio will notify all registered participants as soon as cancellation is known by emailing the address registered. Bonadio will also put a notice of cancellation on its website for courses offered to outside participants. If a participant cancels prior to the published registration deadline for the event, a full refund will be issued.
