About this event
Throughout the US and particularly within Silicon Valley, many tech
companies have started laying off thousands of people. With a lot of
newly unemployed, and with a global recession looming over, surprising
new opportunities have emerged. Recently funded startups and long
standing companies are still competitively hiring.
At this meet up, VALUENEX Radar will be used to reveal industries and
jobs that are growing or still hiring. Keynote speakers Adam O’Donnell
[1], Shane Austrie [2], and Josh Ermias [3] will discuss how employers
across Silicon Valley are being affected and provide guidance with
navigating these challenging yet opportune times.
The meetup will be followed by a networking session for recruiters and
potential employees to interact and find new opportunities.
