Event description

Description

Utilizing the most appropriate experimental reagents for your research question can facilitate success. qPCR is a tried-and-true method widely used in research, diagnostics and industry. However, there are a range of recent advancements that vastly improve data quality and reliability.

This seminar will cover a range of technologies used to optimize performance of probe-based qPCR, including double-quenching and locked nucleic acids. We will also discuss rhAmp SNP genotyping, a new technology that greatly improves biallelic discrimination assays.

Join us for a lunch & learn session during ISPR. Adam Chernick will present on what IDT has to offer for all of your qPCR needs. Be sure to register for the complimentary lunch.
