I'm unable to join live. Will the event be recorded?

Yes! The event will be recorded and shared with all ticket buyers after the event.

Will I be able to participate during the event?

Ticket holders will be viewing a live conversation and will not have the ability to turn on their cameras or microphones. However, you will be able to submit questions (either during registration or in the Zoom Q&A) and engage in the Zoom chat.

Will my book be signed?

Books purchased when registering for the event will not be signed, but you will receive a TRUE BIZ custom sticker page (while supplies last - be sure to buy your ticket now to claim a sticker set)!

When can I expect my book to arrive?

Books will begin shipping after the event! All book orders will be fulfilled by our independent bookstore partner, Women & Children First, based in Chicago.

What is your refund policy?

Please email pr@randomhouse.com with all refund requests. Refunds are only available through the day of the event and the Eventbrite fee is nonrefundable.
