Inclusive GSYOU

Why a dialogue series?

The Creating Inclusive Communities (CIC) Dialogue Series is a collaboration among the offices of Diversity Education Planning, the Ombudsperson, Employee Development & Wellness Services, Talent Management and Classification & Compensation. Our purpose is to create a facilitated dialogue series for Georgia State University employees to learn and share their thoughts and feelings about topics that intersect diversity/inclusion, civility/conflict management, wellness and employee development/engagement that may impact them in the workplace.

TOPIC

Navigating Generations X, Y & Z with Ease in the Workplace

Lunch will be provided.

PROCESS

A video may be shown or a guest speaker or speakers may share their “story” and/or information around the chosen topic. The facilitators/hosts will engage participants in structured dialogue around the topic based on the video and/or speaker presentation(s).
