This training outlines the basics of understanding mental health, what can contribute to a crisis, warning signs that a crisis is emerging, strategies to help de-escalate a crisis, managing your own stress, and resources that may be available for those affected.

-How to help someone in crisis
-Taking care of yourself as a helper
