Have you ever felt embarrassed trying to order food in French? Unsure how to ask for the bill, request a table, or order confidently? This experiential French session is designed to help you finally feel comfortable speaking in real situations… not in a classroom.

Join us for a relaxed 1.5-hour group session at the iconic Café Boheme in Soho. You’ll learn and practise the essential phrases, questions, and vocabulary you need to navigate a French café or restaurant confidently. A qualified French teacher will guide you gently through the language while you enjoy a real Parisian-style breakfast environment.

🥐 What to expect

• A welcoming, social session with 4–5 other learners
• A warm, real café atmosphere to practise authentic interactions
• Vocabulary for ordering, asking questions, reading menus and being understood
• Chance to make new language buddies in London
• A short vocabulary sheet to take home
• A qualified, experienced teacher leading the conversation

This is not a strict classroom lesson. It is a natural, flexible, conversational experience where your confidence grows simply by being immersed in the setting. Expect around 70 percent of the session to be in French, with support whenever you need it.

Food and drink are not included in the ticket. You are free to order whatever you like from Café Boheme during the session. Many guests choose something simple such as a coffee or pastry, so please feel comfortable selecting something within your budget.
