Nature Rx | Using the Senses as a Source for Nature Journaling

By The Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Overview

Enjoy a mindful winter morning focusing on the senses and nature journaling.

Embrace the winter weather with Dr. Joe Blanda for a morning of nature journaling. After a brief walk outside, we will warm up by an indoor fire with hot tea and nature-inspired aromatherapy. Engaging all the senses, we will take time to reflect on our experience through guided nature journaling. Feel free to bring your favorite journal!
