Description

Observe, document, and draw your natural world by visiting different open space locations in Missoula and focusing on specific topics while there. Class one will start in Nancy's Studio for class overview, examples, tips on observation, color and line. We'll meet the following five dates at Waterworks Hill (skies), Rattlesnake (mountain ridges), Pattee Canyon (trees), Greenough Park (shrubs), Toole Park (plants). Nancy will guide you with observation, documentation and drawing techniques in ink and watercolor. You will need to be able to walk short distances in hilly terrain. Classes 1:00-3:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20. (Come early for Event Mapping at each site 10:00am-noon—separate registration)
