Nature Immersion Adult Programme

Sussex Jan – Oct 2018

Come and experience a journey through the core routines of nature connection. Feel embodied and empowered through building connection to yourself, others and the natural world.

The overall programme, and each session will be designed on natural cycles as we follow the seasons through the year. We will be connecting through songs, games, challenges, focussed activities for practical skill development, timeless wandering, harvesting the stories of our experiences, space for distillation and reflection, sensory expansion and the quiet mind.

All of this will sit on a foundation of building a culture of connection and personal growth that can be accessibly woven into your daily life through specific, manageable practices and peer support.

You will gain an embodied knowing of the core routines of nature connection:

Sit spot

Story of the day

Expanding sensory awareness

Questioning and tracking

Animal forms




Survival living

Minds eye imagining

Exploring field guides

Developing relationship to plants

Listening for bird language



Two longer camps and 5 weekends. Weekends start on Fri evenings. For the longer camps these will be full days with the option of arrival the evening before.

January 2nd – 5th

February 16th-18th

March 9th – 11th

April 3rd – 7th

May 18th – 20th

June 22nd – 24th

October weekend dates tbc

£1600 or Early Bird £1400 for the first 10 bookings when booked and deposit paid by 30th Sep 2017

This includes all costs of tuition, resources, food, camping (in your own tent)

This amount can be paid in instalments with a minimum deposit of £250

What can I bring into the event?

You will need your own camping equipment to be comfortable throughout the seasons. You will also need to bring your own eating utensils, good clothing layers and a journal / notebook and pens. We will also send you a more comprehensive kit list nearer the time of the first meeting.
