Come join us for a relaxing group meditation session in our beautiful plant shop, Sanctuary Plants (44 Market Street, Haddington) for World Mental Health day.
Take a moment to switch off from the noise of daily life and escape into an evening surrounded by greenery and calm. In our lush plant-filled space, meditation helps you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged—ready to carry that sense of stillness into the rest of your week. Join us for a peaceful session where nature and mindfulness meet.
The session will be lead by Emma (The Highland Cow Yogi ) who'll take us through a seasonal and nature-based guided meditation, perfect for winding down after a busy day and embracing the season ahead.
The meditation itself will last approximately 25 minutes and there will be time for a cup of herbal tea afterwards.
No experience necessary, just bring an open mind, a blanket and a pillow. We will provide mats to lie on but you are welcome to bring your own.
