Spend your day being instead of doing. Join wellness concierges, Sara Szunyogh and Britta Rael, at one of San Diego’s premier educational farms, for a full day of mindful movement, community connection, and feasting. Learn valuable techniques for mindfulness and mobility, connect with your local community and immerse yourself in the subtleties of nature's powerful medicine!
-Practice yoga & meditation in a gorgeous semi-outdoor, covered practice space.
-Tour the farm with one of Wild Willow’s staff docent, and learn about foraging wild plants.
-Learn simple techniques & recipes for healthy eating through the lens of Ayurveda, the yogic ‘science of life'.
-We’ll bring all of this mindfulness together over a family style meal prepared lovingly with fresh, organic farm ingredients.

Who is leading you on this day retreat?
Britta Rael: Britta grew up in the Colorado mountains and draws much of her teaching inspiration from nature. She's worked as a freelance writer since 2009, focusing on health, wellness, recreation, food, and travel. Britta has been teaching yoga, acrobatics, and healing arts internationally since 2009. Sara Szunyogh: Sara has been a Yoga Instructor, Wellness Concierge & Superfood Chef for over 10 years. Sara had a unique childhood growing up on the road in a traveling carnival. That sense of adventure, passion for events and a holistic-minded lifestyle has led her to create boutique wellness retreats, highlighting tips and products that nourish your body on all levels.
