Marissa Epstein is the Director of The University of Texas Nutrition Institute. Before that she served at the US Department of Agriculture on the White House Staff of First Lady Obama's Let's Move Initiative. She's also Stanford MBA graduate where she studied design practices & implements this practice in mentoring CPG Brands.

Paige Jones has a storied career working for amazing consumer brands as a marketing leader. She has over 20yrs experience crafting compelling visions for global consumer brands like CocaCola, Disney & many more.
