Natural State Wellness Fest Sound Bath with Embassy of Sound

Session: Embassy of Sound will help you find a state of deep relaxation with singing bowls, harmonium, handpan, chimes, gongs, and more. As you soak in the pure harmonic tones, the gentle soundscape will unfold around you, carrying you into a dream-like state of consciousness. When you are tuned into your higher self, you may experience a greater connection between body & mind, reduced stress and anxiety, and feel more balanced & focused. Please arrive as early as you can to get settled in to the space. You will need to bring your own yoga mat as well as any pillows, blankets, or any comfort items you may like. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing & avoid eating a heavy meal immediately beforehand. Cost for the session is $20.

Bio: Embassy of Sound is Daman Hoffman, a sound therapist based in Little Rock. His lifelong fascination with listening, consciousness, and creating music evolved into a higher calling when he trained in sound healing and sonic massage with Pati Pellerito in St. Louis in January of 2020. In both private and group settings, Daman uses singing bowls, gongs, harmonium, monochord, flutes, chimes, and many other sacred instruments to facilitate healing, relax the body, entrain the brain, and uplift the spirit. His mission is to be an ambassador for the transformative power of sound & to channel those vibrations for the highest good of all who need them.
