Age Friendly Nottinghamshire - Beeston pilot
We are delighted to invite you to our Natter Patter event. The morning will be split into two significant portions. The first part of the day will be an opportunity to learn about the work local organisations from Beeston, all doing their bit make Beeston a better place to grow older. Following part one, there will be a chance to network over lunch to be a catalyst for collaboration.
To spread the word on what people are doing, we have space for 20 organisations to make a short presentation on what they do, who they work with and what help they can offer or need. You are welcome to attend without making a presentation to learn what is going on and how to join in. Please register for the day so that we can arrange numbers, book in presentations and arrange catering.
The event is free to attend and includes lunch by Growin Spaces, community kitchen.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation. Please use this to tell us if you want to make a presentation, or have any special dietary requirements.
There will be a projector, computer and screen if you need them for any presentations. Please bring leaflets or any publicity about your organisation so that we can share them.
Who will be interested? Any group leader, practitioner or agency leader in Beeston, with a passion for community.
