The doors will be open at 9.30am for the 10.00am performance and at 2.30pm for the 3.00pm performance. Please bring with you your pre-ordered tickets either on a mobile device or printed. Each ticket has an individual bar code, matched to your booking. The tickets will be scanned upon entrance to the hall.
Please note that siblings from the school will not be able to go and watch the performances.
Tickets can be booked online via Eventbrite www.bcps.eventbrite.com There is a maximum of 4 tickets per family and even young children need to have a ticket as we have a maximum number of people that are allowed in the hall due to the fire regulations, (children sitting on a parent’s knee does not count as ‘one ticket’ – two are required). As each ticket is booked in the name of the parent, please do not pass on tickets to other families as this may result in them being turned away at the door. We wish to provide the tickets fairly to as many families as possible. Therefore, if you have booked tickets that you no longer require, please can you let us know so that we can remove them from the system and make them available for others to then book.
Collection of children
The children will be collected as normal from school for the later performances. So please wait at the backs of the classrooms as usual.
For older siblings who may not be able to be collected after school due to you watching the afternoon performance, we are providing a film in the Year 6 classroom until 4.30pm on both days. If you would like your child to stay to join this and watch a Christmas film, please complete a sperate Film Club Ticket option which will be available when booking Nativity tickets.
