Featuring fifteen field trips to some of Southeast Florida’s most interesting habitats and gardens. Thank you to our trip leaders from numerous agencies, organizations, parks and gardens!

Due to limited capacity, please only choose 1 fieldtrip to attend. Complete details for your trip will be provided after you register, such as detailed directions, leader contact and what to bring/wear.

Registration schedule
• March 10, 2021 at noon: Registration is open to Dade Chapter FNPS members and their guests. Members named on the membership (1 or 2 people) may each register themselves and 1 guest.
• March 17, 2021 at noon: Registration is open to everyone
• March 25, 2021 at noon: Registration closes

All participants must be registered. Due to limited capacity, please only choose 1 fieldtrip to attend. Dade FNPS members can bring 1 guest. Please add guest names to registration.
• Capacity is limited by Miami-Dade County COVID-19 guidelines. Trips are expected to fill up quickly!
• There will be no wait lists, but you can check back on Eventbrite for new openings should there be cancellations.
• Please don’t be a “no-show.” These trips are free, but your place may be of value to someone else. Cancel on the EventBrite registration website: go to “Tickets”, select your order, choose "Cancel Order". And/or send an email to nativeplantfieldday@gmail.com. If at the last minute, please let the leader know that you cannot come (text recommended).
For all trips:
• Cost: No cost for the trips, but some park fees or parking fees are noted in the descriptions.
• Restrooms: Trips without on-site restrooms are noted in the trip descriptions. (An alternate in some places may be “the bushes.”)
• Face masks: Required inside buildings and when near others outside. Please follow social distancing guidelines of 6 ft.
• Please leave pets at home. Pets are not allowed on these walks, even if allowed in some areas of the parks.
• Participants must sign a Waiver & Release of Liability form for DCFNPS and possibly other forms required by the trip provider.
