Dear Advisory Council Members and Community Friends,
We at Riverside San Bernardino County Indian Health look forward to the collaborative work and partnership that will take place on Thursday, December 8th, 2016 at 12:30 pm at San Manuel Indian Health Clinic (Building A) inside the Executive Board Conference Room.
Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to assist in an advisory capacity as we work together for the benefit of our youth. Your attendance is essential to creating and implementation programs that impact the lives of those we serve. At Native Challenge believe health education is a vital component to the success of our youth. Their achievements are predicated on the ability to manage through obstacles and life lessons. Having the knowledge received through education, in areas such as teen pregnancy prevention and adult preparation skills our program attempts to support positive behaviors that can contribute to their success. Our programs not limited to youth, but to all who interact with and influence them.
The objective for the Advisory Council meeting is to engage members of the community to work closely with Native Challenge Program Staff to create and enhance programs that will meet the needs of the diverse individuals and communities. As a member of the Advisory Board, you’re in-put vital and provides direction and insights for successful implementation. We meet on once every quarter and welcome your input and support throughout the year.
We look forward to your participation.
