Meet the Expert:
Charlie Parker
Charlie Parker has been with Finley & Cook for four years as a Client Relations Specialist. Charlie is an integral part of a team of Specialists who work closely with many tribes and casinos across the nation to identify problem areas, develop solutions, perform internal audits, and educate casinos and regulatory personnel. Charlie’s focus includes oversight of the procedural development projects and working with clients to develop and maintain strong Internal Control Standards. He maintains a passion for interpreting and implementing Title 31 regulations, assisting client’s with obtaining and maintaining control with Title 31 standards, and evaluating risks associated with Title 31 programs. His expertise in identification standards promote many consultations from clients and other individuals in the industry.
Refund Policy
Requests for full refund must be received 30 days prior to event. Requests made after 30 days prior to event will be subject to a $175.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted within 14 days of event. No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.
Finley & Cook reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any training class upon 14 days notice to registrants. Finley & Cook will issue a credit to another class or a refund upon request. Registrant understands and agrees that Finley & Cook cannot be held responsible for travel costs including but not limited to airfare, ground transportation, hotel expenses, or other costs incurred to attend the training event.
