Description

The Y-Achiever Tufts Health Plan Chapter and the Diversity Council of Tufts Health Plan develop unique professional, educational and social opportunities for multi-ethnic youth that evolves and enriches their cultural experiences.

In collaboration with the Diversity Council of Tufts Health Plan and to continue our committment to exploring cultural experiences, we will be hosting a trip to the Native American Awareness and Bridgewater State Pow-Wow. Events include:

Inter-tribal Dancing ~ Dance-style Demonstrations ~ Storytelling ~ Children’s Craft-making ~ Traditional Craft Demonstrations ~ Native Foods by Silver Moon Catering ~ Native American Arts & Crafts for sale.

Transportation will be provided for students only. Please only purchase the number of tickets for students that need transportation.

Pick up and drop off will be at the Huntington YMCA - 316 Huntington Ave
Boston MA 02115

This is an indoor event but please bring a blanket for seating. Lunch will be available for purchase.

The bus will be leaving at 10am from 316 Huntington Ave

Adults: $5.00;
Children 4-16 yrs.: $3.00;
Children 3 yrs. and under: FREE.
