Description

The 2018 National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast is your opportunity to gather and meet fellow faith leaders, train in the art of advocacy, dialogue with elected officials about critical issues affecting Hispanic communities, and pray over our country in our nation’s capital. IMPORTANT: You must provide all the information requested in the event registration form for EACH attendee you register, such as personal information and conference activity selections. After you register, you will receive an email from Esperanza with a “waiver” form, requesting your Social Security number. Esperanza is required to submit this information to Secret Service for security clearance conducted prior to the event.

Where can I enter any special registration codes?

If you received any special registration or promotional code, please enter it BEFORE selecting your tickets by clicking "Enter Promotional Code" in the top right corner of the "Select Tickets" page.

I am interested in participating in the pre-event faith advocacy webinar on May 23, but I did not order the Premium Pass; can I upgrade to the Premium Pass to gain access to the webinar?

Yes. If you want to upgrade to the Premium Pass, please follow the instructions on this Eventbrite Help Center article. If you used a special code to register the first time, be sure to reenter it when selecting your new ticket type!

Why do I need to provide my Social Security Number (SSN)?

All attendees to the National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast are required to provide their Social Security Number (SSN) as part of their registration process. This is because we invite the President of the United States and other high-ranking elected leadership as guest speakers, and Secret Service must run security clearances for all attendees. You will receive an email after completion of the registration form, with a required waiver and further instructions. If you are registering to attend only the first two days of the conference, but will not attend the Prayer Breakfast on the morning of the third day of the conference, you are not required to submit your Social Security number.

Do I need to choose which conference activities I am attending?

Yes! You must indicate in the registration form which conference activities you will attend. If you purchase the “All Access Pass” or the “Premium Pass,” you are registering for all three days of the conference. Every three-

day registrant must select the specific activities you plan to attend throughout the conference, so we can create appropriate seating plans, etc. (Examples include specific workshops, dinners, etc.)

What is the refund policy?

You can request a refund of your registration up to 30 days prior to the event – i.e. until May 11, 2018. No refunds will be given after this date.
