National Guard Workout

A variety of fitness challenges await our teams! Come by yourself, or bring your team, these exercises will have you doing things you never though you could! Workouts vary, but include strength, cardio, and team work. There may be outdoor elements to the workout, please bring a dry pair of shoes for the indoor sections, and wear warm clothes or layers for the outdoor sections.
