National Faith Homebuyers, in partnership with PHH Mortgage, will provide foreclosure prevention counseling for homeowners whose income has been significantly affected by COVID-19 due to job loss or medical costs for COVID-19 care.

The INFORMATIONAL CALL will provide answers to homeowners who have been financially impacted by COVID-19. The call is a great opportunity to hear about assistance options currently available in your community and with PHH Mortgage.

This VIRTUAL OUTREACH EVENT is an opportunity to discuss your situation with a PHH Mortgage agent and a HUD approved Housing Counselor. The agent will be able to advise you on the specifics of your loan.

The foreclosure counseling includes guidance with applications for mortgage foreclosure and property tax assistance.

This INFORMATIONAL CALL will be streamed via Zoom. Class participation REQUIRES internet access, and a device to stream the class; such as a tablet, desktop computer, laptop, or smart phone.

Registrations are limited to (1) one per email and (1) one per household!
