Ann Howard is the Lead Link and a Managing Partner at Centresource, a 15 year-old software product management shop in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville. She has worked as a rainmaker and as a consultant focused on technology, operations, and finance.
She moved to Nashville in 2010 with her husband Adam. They now have two girls, 5 and 2, and live in the Inglewood neighborhood of East Nashville.
Jennifer Way is a national speaker, author, and consultant that connects attracting and growing top talent with personal career management. She is the founder of Way Solutions, a consulting firm that serves companies and individuals with specific retention and career strategies. Sample corporate clients include Disney, Careerbuilder, Nissan, HCA and many more. She’s inspired by her clients who create greater work happiness for themselves and others, but she’s most proud of her individual clients who have reframed the value they bring to their organization to negotiate promotions, salary increases, and greater visibility and rewards for themselves.
Tomiko Peirano is a Strategic Consultant at Centresource Interactive Agency. She works with clients to unpack their business goals, end user needs, marketplace fit and success metrics and keeping that data as the “North Star” during design, development, and testing.
