At the Boston Wine School, we believe the best way to understand wine is with food. When you start to put wine together with food and start to think about wine like food, the whole range of what you can do with wine expands.
This special night of wine and food - limited to only 14 students - represents a grand tasting tour of California's most famous wine regions, Napa & Sonoma. We'll begin with an interactive tasting class on Napa Valley and its wines, focusing on the region's top grape varieties. You'll learn the fundamental difference between Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, between Merlot and Cabernet, and more. After class, we'll stroll next door to Sonoma Restaurant for a three-course pairing dinner with wines from Sonoma Valley.
Join us for the ultimate in virtual wine tourism as we taste our way from San Pablo Bay in southern Napa all the way to the northern Sonoma Coast in just one night.
