Day 1 - Registration/Networking Reception
Wear your favorite white outfit and enjoy a fully hosted welcoming event on the first night! You'll be able to network with the brightest minds in our industry and forge valuable relationships with thought leaders. Enjoy some fine wines and hors d'oeuvres in an incredible vineyard setting located at The Harvest Inn!
Day 2 - Napa Summit
We've got you covered on day two as well; a continental breakfast, sit-down lunch, refreshment breaks, and a hosted networking reception will be provided. Unlike other conferences, enjoy hours of intimate networking opportunities with attendees and speakers alike. Oh, and a 5-star dinner in a medieval castle to close the night out!

What’s included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes entrance into the networking events, Napa Summit, dinner at Castello Di Amorosa, and transportation between the Summit & Castello. Unfortunately due to time constraints we cannot pick-up/drop-off at your hotel.
Where should I stay?
We suggest booking a room at The Harvest Inn, which is 2 miles from Napa Summit. Other hotels can be found in downtown Saint Helena or Yountville. Visit our Where to Stay page for more locations.
Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Yes. You must be able to present (an over 21) valid ID to consume alcohol at all locations.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
1. If you are staying at The Harvest Inn you can drive to the Charles Krug Winery which is 2 miles away.
2. If you are staying at a different hotel you can take an Uber* or Taxi to the Charles Krug Winery.
3. If you are staying elsewhere in Napa you can simply drive to the Charles Krug Winery.
*Please leave extra time if calling Uber, they don’t have many drivers available in the area.
What should I wear to the event?
Please dress comfortably! We recommend business casual with an extra layer just in case you get cold.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. Please feel free to transfer the ticket to an appropriate person in your organization. This would be your CMO, Director of SEO, or SEO Leader.
***Please note that we expect everyone to enjoy Napa Summit responsibly. Napa Summit is about education, networking, and innovation in the field of SEO. We expect everyone to have fun and stay professional. If anyone is beyond control they will be escorted out. That being said lets have an amazing time together!
