Patent reform efforts in Washington, D.C. have resulted in significant changes to the intellectual property landscape including a shift from a "first-to-invent" (FTI) to a "first-to-file"(FTF) system for patent applications. This roundtable event will inform and explore a wide variety of implications from the recent patent reforms.
