Event description

Description

Personal and dynamic, these four Roundtables allow you to see yourself in a fresh way, remember who you are and live ‘you’ out-loud.

AUTHENTICALLY YOU

Friday evening April 26th
6:30pm to 9:00pm
(Tea, coffee and treats available throughout)

What does it mean to live our authentic self? What stops us from living who we are out-loud? Is it possible to be authentic in our professional life as well as our personal life? Important questions for a congruent life.

FINDING YOUR VOICE

Saturday morning April 27th
8:30 am to 9:30 am --Light Breakfast (fruits, pastries)
9:30 am AM Session begins
(Tea, coffee and treats available throughout)

Sometimes women mistake ‘words’ for voice. This Roundtable is about owning your voice. What is voice? What stops us from speaking up? How do we stand up for what we believe and speak our truth -- in our voice.

FINDING YOUR POWER

Saturday afternoon April 27th --Lunch
(Tea, coffee and treats available throughout)

Do you consider yourself a powerful woman? What does the concept of power conjure up for you? How is a woman’s power different from men’s power? Understand your power: how to have it, live it and flow it.

STANDING UP FOR YOURSELF

Sunday April 28th
8:30 - 9:30 am -- Light Breakfast (fruits, pastries)
9:30 am Session begins
(Tea & coffee and treats available throughout)

Why is the LAST person we take care of ourselves? Why is it so hard to tell others what we need or want? What is the cost for not standing up? This Roundtable helps us navigate ‘rough waters’ when we own the courage to stand up for ourselves.
