Hillary Palmberg, personal lines manager at Paradiso Insurance, is the recipient of the inaugural Nancy Z. Bender Award for outstanding customer service. Hillary is being recognized for providing exemplary customer service and going above and beyond for her clients who appreciate her vibrant attitude and her work ethic which goes beyond placing insurance. Described as someone who "cares in a big way," Ms. Palmberg has led a clothing drive for children in the foster care system collecting thousands of clothes to be given to children from birth to age 16. About the Award:

The Nancy Z. Bender Award was established in 2020 to honor an individual who has demonstrated outstanding customer and/or community service as exemplified by Nancy Bender, the Library’s 2019 Insurance Professional of the Year. Anyone working for an insurance-related enterprise is eligible.

Video makes the event feel more like an in-person gathering so we encourage it. We will also take screen shots during the event and may use them on our website and in social media posts after the event.
