The National Action Network is a modern civil rights organization founded by Rev. Al Sharpton with over 100 chapters across the country. Our chapter conference is the only program that brings everyone to the Sacramento region to share about civil rights activism, social justice advocacy, and education reform in our region.
Our 2023 conference theme: “Building Bridges” is inspired by our desire to recognize organizations and individuals who are actively knitting communities together to bring about a better society and world. Such ties span social differences (gender, race, social economic status) and build social trust that facilitates cooperation for a mutual benefit.
Join us for this three day event that will include the following:
- Powerful Packed Sessions
- Dynamic Speakers
- Member's Luncheon
- Bridge Builders Gala
- Youth Huddle Day
- Youth Education & Entrepreneurs Expo
- and More!
Our world is broken, and we are bringing together leaders and individuals all across the country like yourself to share your message of hope and unity. In these times of social and political unrest, we need to draw on lessons learned from your unique experience as a leading voice in congress for social justice, fairness and equality for all.
